About Us
Cornucopia has been a valued community-based inclusion agency in the South Valley for 30 years, providing family-oriented, daytime services to the elderly, frail, and adults with disabilities. Cornucopia has seen enormous growth in services and organizational capacity since its inception. Currently, we serve over 70 participants.
We strive to be the first choice by caregivers for outreach, protection, advocacy, and service and maximize any and all resources entrusted to us to deliver care to our clients.

Cornucopia is certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an independent, nonprofit, accreditation agency of Health and Human Services providers.
